Every client pays one fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start and spread across the year. No hourly rates, no surprise bills, no charge for picking up the phone. Here is how it works and what each package includes.

How our pricing works

Every quote is fixed before we start. We look at your turnover, transaction volume and what you actually need, then agree one monthly figure that covers it. If your business grows and the work changes, we talk about it first. You will never open an invoice you were not expecting, and you will never be charged for picking up the phone.

One-off jobs, like a single Self Assessment, a set of accounts or a CIS refund claim, are priced as fixed one-off fees. Ask and we will quote on the spot.
